We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

All prices are shown in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($) depending on your location and the version of the website you are viewing.
Where available, prices may also be displayed in your local currency for convenience using real-time exchange rates. Please note that such conversions are provided for informational purposes only and the final charge may be processed in Euros or US Dollars by our payment provider or your bank.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

US & international customers:

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party identified by you, take physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & CONSUMER RIGHTS


Order Cancellations Before Fulfilment

If you need to cancel an order before it has been processed or fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase where possible, before processing begins. Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or dispatched, you may still request a return after receiving your order under our 30-day return policy.


EU & UK Customers (Statutory Rights)

Under applicable consumer law, including EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification. This statutory right applies independently of our commercial return policy.

We voluntarily extend this period and offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

All Customers

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once returned items have been received and inspected. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
