Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Return Instructions

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

As we work with multiple international suppliers, return addresses may vary depending on the product.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong item was received

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Please include photos where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised products (including embroidered name items)
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items (unless required by law)
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your item.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union & United Kingdom – Statutory Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification.

This right exists independently of our 30-day return policy, which extends this period for your convenience.

Please note: this statutory right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations Before Fulfilment


If you need to cancel an order before it has been processed or fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase where possible, before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel it. However, you may still request a return after receiving your order under our 30-day return policy. This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
